
Stephanie Sigman, a Mexican-American actress. Her breakout role came in the film Miss Bala, a Mexican crime drama film Miss Bala. She has gone on to play in Pioneer (2013), Spectre (2015), Going Under (2016) as well as Annabelle: Creation (2017). Sigman was seen in Narcos (2015) as in S.W.A.T.(2017) in the first and second seasons of the. Sigman was born in Ciudad Obregon, Sonora, Mexico and was the daughter of a Mexican mother and an American father, Lee Sigman, a New York Yankees scout from Kansas. By virtue of her father, she's the daughter of a U.S. citizen. Her father, the former baseball athlete Kenneth Ray Sigman was her mother. Her career began in Mexican television before making her film debut in Rio de Oro. She played the role of Laura Guerrero, the lead in Miss Bala, a Mexican crime drama film. The film was selected as the Mexican entry in the Best Foreign Language Film category at the 84th Academy Awards.[7][8However, it was not on the final list. 9 Sigman was nominated for the Dublin Film Critics Circle Award in 2011 for her performance in film.
